Seconds matter. Lives change in seconds, decisions are made in seconds, and regrets are formed in seconds. Each year, if we are blessed to live a full year, we will have 31,536,000 seconds to live … “The Meaningful Life.” I firmly believe we should honor the gift of our life by pursuing one that is filled with passion, focused on purpose, and supported with well-being and resilience. One that is grounded in principles, values, and strengths based. And if we are not vigorously pursuing or living that life, we should at least know why we are not, and what we can do to move in that direction (if we want to).
If you are nudged, inspired, jolted, or awakened by these words, feel free to contact me to begin your journey towards … “The Meaningful Life.” To help achieve this I provide training, speaking, advisory, and coaching services in the areas of meaningfulness, emotional intelligence, well-being, and resilience for individuals and organizations. To assist in achieving this purpose I hold the following certifications: for personality type, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner through the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT); and for emotional intelligence the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 from MHS Assessments. I graduated from the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Program from the George Mason University - Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. I also received coach training from the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
